Omanhene of Abease Kingdom
OMANHENE OBREMPONG KRU-TAKYI II is the enstooled Paramount Chief of Abease Traditional Area known in private life as Mr. Stephen Asamoah. Omanhene was born on the January 1, 1976 to Mr. Seth Opuni and Nana OwoaheneTakyiwaa, 2nd Queen Mother of Abease Traditional Area.
After his primary school education in Abease Presby Primary from 1982 to 1988, he went to Petiansa/ Konongo L/A Middle School from 1989 to 1993. Obrempong Kru-Takyi II proceeded to Konongo Odumasi Secondary Schoo from 1994 to 1999 for his G.C.E. "O" level certificate and continued from 2000 to 2001 for the G.C.E. "A" level certificate. Nana is married to three wives. He has five children; two females and three males. He is an international professional driver.

Playing football and reading are his main hobbies. His favorite pet is a cat. Nana is a Christian and was enstooled as paramount chief of Abease Traditional Area in September 2015 atter the death of his uncle Nana Kokroko Nyomakwa ll in 1999
Nana is the overlord of twelve divisional chiefs, twenty sub-chiefs, thirty-four Adikrofour and about fifty Queen mothers.
